Received on the 3rd day of the 4th Month of the 20th Year of Guangxu. [May 7, 1894.]

Respectfully received by the Official of the Fifth Rank by Brevet, Moy Quong Tart.

Quong Tart was in China when he purchased this honour and probably had the plaque made at the same time for display in his Ashfield home.
