Commercial association reformed by the New South Wales Chinese Empire Reform Association to do charitable work, promote business relations among merchants and mediate disputes in the Chinese community.

The Chinese Chamber of Commerce was founded after the formation of the Republic of China. Its predecessors were the NSW Chinese Merchants Society (founded in 1903) and the Chinese Merchants' Defence Association. The Chinese Chamber of Commerce was dissolved in 1965.
