Certificate of the land leased by Soo War Way and Yee Sing in Section 269 of Adelaide

Soo War Way and Yee Sing are related to land in Section 269 of Adelaide, there is mention of it in a book named “The Paddocks Beneath: A History of Burnside from the Beginning”, page 31. Soo War Way and Yee Sing leased the land from William Murray from 1881 to approximately 1901.  The photo is the Certificate of Title of this piece of land
